How do I use the mouthwash correctly?

We recommend using the mouthwash twice a day after ultrasonic tooth cleaning. To do this, pour the mouthwash undiluted into the cap (15ml per application). Rinse your mouth and throat for about 60 seconds. Then spit out the mouthwash. Caution: do not swallow.

How long should you not drink after rinsing your mouth?

In order for the Emmi-Dent mouthwash to work properly, you should refrain from eating, drinking and smoking for about 30 minutes after use.
